Nico is a founding director of Atelier Ten’s New York City office and member of Atelier Ten’s US and international leadership group. He consults on a wide variety of large scale residential, commercial and institutional buildings, as well as on masterplan and renovation work in the United States, Europe, South America and Asia.

Nico specializes in the application of advanced building analysis including facade optimization, daylight and shading analysis, and in the optimization of building systems. Recent works include, among others, the first LEED Platinum condominium high rise in New York City, the sustainability framework and first two significant buildings for Columbia University’s new Manhattanville Campus, the U.S. Embassies in Nairobi and Brasilia, the Masterplan and Phase 1 for the Fulbright University Vietnam campus, the new wing for the American Museum of Natural History in New York and the new LEED Platinum-target Comcast Research and Innovation Center tower in Philadelphia.

Assawin Choochottavorn is Associate at Foster + Partners with experience in design management and world-class design projects from London and the Middle East. He has experience in projects of various size and scale, with particular knowledge of luxury developments. At Foster + Partners, he has worked on various projects including a schematic design of the Aldar Central Market project, which his involvement spanned from the façade design to the coordination of hotel and retail, the design and detailing of various projects in the UAE such as Sheikh Zayed Museum, Masdar University and Residential Towers, Reem Island as well as the Global Financial Centre, Bund project where he helped develop the facade design from conception to construction.

Dr. Singh Intrachooto is Associate Professor of Building Innovation at Kasetsart University Architecture. He is the founding director of the Creative Center for Eco-design and the design principal of Osisu, a design company known for products from ‘upcycled’ materials. He represents Thailand’s National Innovation Agency (NIA) as its Design Innovation Ambassador and heads the country’s technical committees for creating upcycled labeling schemes.

​Born in Bangkok and educated in both Thailand and the United States, Mr. Apichart received his Master degree in Architecture and Urbanism from MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) and his Bachelor of Architecture from Chulalongkorn University. Between his two degrees, he worked at Architects 49 Limited for 4 years where his works received multiple awards including ASA Gold Medal Architecture of the year for the project ‘Royal Archives, Repository, and Information Center’ at Nakhon Pathom. In 2010, he founded Stu/D/O Architects in Bangkok with Chanasit Cholasuek. Stu/D/O Architects’ completed projects are internationally recognized and awarded. ‘Naiipa Art Complex’ has been recently selected for the 2017 Honorable Mention from The Arcasia Awards for Architecture, the 2016 Citation Award from the Association of Siamese Architects (ASA), along with the 2015 Building of the Year by Wallpaper* Magazine. ‘The Portrait condominium’ has received the International Property Award 2016-2017 for Best Residential High-rise in Thailand. ‘Aperture House’ & ‘Kurves 7 Community Mall’ received the 2016 Gold-Medal from the Association of Siamese Architects (ASA), ‘Zonic Vision Office’ received the 2014 Citation Award from the Association of Siamese Architects (ASA) and the 2015 A+ Awards from Architizer in mid-rise office building category. 

Stu/D/O is currently involved in both local and international projects across an array of design typology. Projects that are currently in construction includes the new headquarters for MacroCare, shopping center in Phuket, The Novotel Hotel & Resort by Accor, the Ambassador Hotel by Citadines in the Philippines, and several private residences across the country.
